1. Operating Hours and Usage

- No bike usage allowed between 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM

- Kodambakkam branch: Open 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM

- Karrapakkam branch: Open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

2. Rental Terms

- One day rental is strictly 24 hours

- Full rental payment required in advance

- Refundable deposit ranges from Rs.3,000 to Rs.20,000 depending on bike model

- No refunds for cancellations or early returns

- Daily rental limit of 100 km for all bikes

- Extra km charges: Rs.5/km for 90cc-535cc bikes, Rs.20/km for Harley Davidson

3. Documentation Requirements

- Three different original ID cards required (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, PAN card)

- Valid driver's license, aadhaar card mandatory

- Rental form must be returned when returning the bike

4. Fuel and Maintenance

- Fuel costs borne by renter

- Bike provided with enough fuel to reach nearest station

- Engine oil must be changed every 1,000 KM

- Renter responsible for checking engine oil level daily

- All maintenance costs covered for city usage only (not for road trips)

5. Accidents and Damages

- Immediate police report required for accidents

- Renter responsible for all damages from accidents, theft, or negligence

- Insurance claims process must be followed precisely

- Renter bears cost of retrieving vehicle from authorities

- Full payment required for damages before insurance settlement

6. Delivery and Pickup

- Delivery charges: Rs.200 Mininum Depending on Delivery Location / One Way.

- Superbike delivery: Rs.500 one way within Chennai

- 4-hour advance notice required for pickup

- Pickup requests after 7:00 PM not entertained

7. Additional Rules

- Helmets provided (Two free, additional for Rs.100)

- Helmet damage charges: Rs.300 for visor, Rs.700-1000 for complete helmet

- Registration and insurance copies must stay with the bike

- No removal of remaining fuel when returning bike

- Bikes cannot be transferred to others

- All interstate taxes and permits to be paid by renter

8. Dispute Resolution

- Disputes to be resolved through joint discussion

- Arbitration in Chennai if needed

- Governed by Indian law

- Chennai courts have exclusive jurisdiction
